[katello-devel] new gem dependency - ldap_fluff

the ldap_fluff gem now provides ldap support to katello. it is a
runtime dependency for katello even if you aren't using LDAP so you'll
need to install it.

if you're connected to our fedorahosted repo you can just:

  > yum install rubygem-ldap_fluff

or if you use rvm/bundler you can:

  > gem install ldap_fluff
