[katello-devel] New build katello-0.2.45-1

Hello,

we have a new build in the repo. Many fixes and some new features:

- organization login switcher reworked
- many changes in system groups
- LDAP support using ldap_fluff gem
- jshint checker for developers

We are nearing first release, if you have any comments please let us
know!
