[katello-devel] Javascript code checking

The other day in the scrum I mentioned that I got the Javascript lint checking working again. I also got it up and running in Travis so it'll check pull requests. One thing I didn't mention though was how to run it so I figured I'd send out the Wiki page with that information. Let me know if you have any questions.
