Ah, one quick follow-up here;
When the base/hdlist{2} files are removed, and I attempt to run
pkgorder, I am presented with the following error:
Failed to read header list /tmp/rhel-1/RedHat/base/hdlist
...which makes me conclude that for some reason the base/hdlist{2} files
must exist already in order to run genhdlist. So I guess I'm not
understanding something here since I had assumed that genhdlist creates
the base/hdlist{2} files from scratch.
