I've fixed the URL.

I've fixed the volume-id as the isoinfo has shown that the correct
volume id is:  Fedora-WSOstree-ostree-x86_64-27

I've created a libosinfo patch with the info you've provided and added
it to libosinfo (you're set as the author of the patch).
