[Libvir] Request for libvirt/ChangeLog

Hi, Karel

 Thank you for your suggestion.

I need to count our company contribution based on # of patches 
to report our managers.
This patch counting method is available 
for virtinst/virtmanager/Xen but not for libvirt.
