Here are two obvious candidates:

$ grep linux/ src/qemu/qemu*.c
src/qemu/qemu_driver.c:# include <linux/kvm.h>
src/qemu/qemu_driver.c:/* add definitions missing in older linux/kvm.h */
src/qemu/qemu_process.c:#include <linux/capability.h>
