[Libvirt-announce] Perl binding Sys-Virt release 1.2.0

I am pleased to announce that release 1.2.0 of Sys-Virt, the
libvirt Perl API binding is now available for download:

Changed in the 1.2.0 release:

 - Add all new constants in libvirt 1.2.0
