Right, you don't want to skip the whole test.  Instead, you want to skip 
over passing the 
localhost/root/virt:KVM_RegisteredProfile.InstanceID="CIM:DSP1041-ResourceAllocation-1.1.0c" 
reference to the ECTP association.
