[libvirt-users] How can openstack retrieve the CPU usage of a lxc via libvirt?

virDomainGetJobInfo is for getting information about background jobs
(such as save/restore/migrate), it has nothing todo with CPU usage.

For CPU usage you need virDomainGetCPUStats
