Fortunately, those "ioctls" aren't part of the csnap code; they're part
of plugin code used by magma to talk to CMAN.
The plugins implement libmagma's actual communication with different
cluster infrastructures, which is [ugly] ioctls in the case of CMAN and
libgulm's API in the case of GuLM.
