[Linux-cluster] ccsd and mounting gfs errors

FYI, we're not using any modules since we've statically compiled GFS support
into the kernel. According to your formula my quorate is 1.5 ((2 nodes +1)/2).
The number of total votes is 1 (when i bring up only one system) and the
quorum is 1 also so that checks out. I'm still getting this wacky "Cluster is
not quorate" error though. Argh Argh!
