[Linux-cluster] ccsd and mounting gfs errors

Are the magma plugins installed? CCS uses magma to connect to the
cluster manager - which can be either gulm or cman. If the plugins
aren't there, it will not be able to contact the cluster manager and
won't be able to determine quorum.
ls /usr/lib/magma/plugins
