[Linux-cluster] partition tables not sync'd

Well, in my original attempt i did a rescan-scsi_bus,
vgscan and lvscan but the new partition didn't show
up.

I think you're on to something that i also want to try
and that's the /etc/lvm/.cache.

Any precautions?
