[Linux-cluster] Timeout and failover timers

Hi All,

I have RHEL5.

Is there any way to control timeout and failover timers for applications, so
that I can get failover in seconds?

Now the failover takes place in more then half a minute (I know it depends
on the application - I am referring to IP address failover).

Were those timers get configured?
