RRRA Not working at my end as well
* Libreoffice  (libreoffice-5.0.5.2-6.fc23.x86_64)
* harfbuzz-1.0.6-1.fc23.x86_64

So looks like problem with fonts.  Please report in git, soon i am going to
work on Lohit and resolve all upstream issues.
