Due to various reasons, the publishing of these characters is being delayed. In
Oct 2016 I participated in a meeting of the Gov't of Tamil Nadu in which change
to many of the written shapes was requested. I have prepared the changed glyphs
as well but there are some more delays out of my control. [sigh] Please don't
close this as I hope that the characters will be accepted within this year at
least. This has been going on since 2012. What to do!
