Not sure what you mean. The only missing characters from
http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0D00.pdf are 0D00, 0D3B and 0D3C which are
expected for the forthcoming Unicode version as per
http://www.unicode.org/alloc/Pipeline.html.
