[Lohit-devel-list] New upstream place and new releases

Hi All,

   Lohit has been moved from fedorahosted.org to pagure.io. New place is at
pagure.io. [1]

   Lohit project scripts are updated to python3 and also some minor fixes
to Lohit Nepali. We have done next upstream release with these updated
script for Lohit fonts.

   Following are new releases.
