Adding configure.in support for Replicators.
Adding basic lib lvm support for Replicators.
Adding flags REPLICATOR and REPLICATOR_LOG.
Adding segments SEG_REPLICATOR and SEG_REPLICATOR_DEV.
Adding basic methods for handling replicator metadata.
