[Octa-list] Patch to allow a size profile of "inherit"

This will allow octa to read the virt values from cobbler for the
profile selected.  In theory this should work with or without
satellite but I've only tested without.

It also populates the system's cobbler profile with these settings in
the non-inherit scenarios.

To do this I added two functions for pulling rendered data from cobbler
