Packages cannot be both in RHEL and EPEL at the same time. So, EPEL is not 
where I would look. There was a personal repo that had been used in the past 
so that a newer more correct copy could be passed out for content authoring 
prior to achieving the SCAP certification. No idea if its still in business.
