[Open-scap] Problems installing OpenSCAP on Amazon Linux?

I believe the said repository has been discontinued.

In some point of time the need for the custom repository diminished, 
perhaps when we have bugfixed OpenSCAP in RHEL. Since then, there was no 
need for content authors to have the latest-greatest.
