[Ovirt-devel] [Patch] add support for NFS storage pools/volumes to WUI

This patch adds support for NFS storage pools and volumes to the Ovirt 
WUI. Taskomatic work is still needed to correspond to these changes -- 
mainly for handling NFS stuff, but also for previous iSCSI code to 
properly set the :type attribute for storage volumes now.
