Hi,

The most of the doc is available on https://fedorahosted.org/ovirt/.
Currently, the compilation from the git repo is the only way to install ovirt 
on fedora 13. It can be a bit complicated, so feel free to ask questions here 
or on #ovirt at oftc.net.
