Pam configuration files

Exactly, it's the FTP software. The developers of the ftp software are
welcome to change which "service" configuration file they use, at their
whim. The PAM docs should be kept in sync, but because it's different
developers, and even different ftp packages (wu-ftpd, ftpd, proftpd,
etc.), it becomes a nightmare to "keep docs in sync" with the specific
ftp package installed.
