[Patternfly] Heads up regarding site registration, password reset

hi, all.

in an effort to reduce the number of spambot registrations on the site, i’ve installed a plugin that adds a CAPTCHA to the registration [1] and password reset [2]forms.  please let me know if you notice any wonkiness with the site as a result.
