[Patternfly] What forms or form elements does your application use?

Hello,

Some things which we use in FreeIPA and Patternfly doesn't define:

- required field indicator
- value of each modified field in a form can be reverted back by 'undo' 
button
- multivalued field with validation of individual values - see attached 
screenshot

Also, I think it would be nice to have common patterns for:
- datetime editation with advanced features like timezones (admin in US 
setting something for user in EU)
- help information, for section or individual fields:
   - question mark icon with a tooltip
   - tooltip when a field is focused
   - some text below field
   - ...
- activity indicators on different levels:
   - in a button which started the activity
   - over the affected section(s)
   - dialog
   - ...
