[Patternfly] Links / buttons within a list within master detail?

Hi Allie,

I haven't done anything similar, but I think that the list of actions after
the information makes sense.

I have done the tiles that flip to show more info once, and to be honest it
wasn't a successful interaction. It was another context though and it might
work with developers.
