[Patternfly] Move to node 4 for building patternfly

I think this is update to Node is critical - with Node 0.10 support ending
on Oct 1, 2016.

I am also seeing cases in the dependency tree where many of our packages in
Patternfly have updated to Node 4, so we will have challenges if updating
our dependencies in the future if we do not upgrade soon.

+1 for getting this in a future sprint!
