[Patternfly] Bullet Graph Pattern Next Steps

No other comments from my perspective.

Ju, Serena, Cat, others: Do you have specific requirements or feedback for
bullet graphs that you would like to be considered before we continue down
this road? I've attached the design proposal again for your convenience.

Thanks for offering to continue helping! We can certainly use it :) If
there are no other comments, I'll wait for your next revision and then we
can talk next steps.
