[Patternfly] Dashboard card

Hi Allie,

My opinion is the the gray footer is not needed, however I would not make
the entire card clickable as this would potentially conflict with the drop
down as you describe.  Have you considered using checkbox select for the
cards?  If you look at the Card View pattern in PatternFly you will see
that there is an option to use checkbox select for multi-selecting cards.
