[Patternfly] Dashboard card

OpenShift is using the dashboard card
<https://www.patternfly.org/pattern-library/dashboard/dashboard-card/#/api>
pattern in the catalog. The card has the item name, description, and a
picker for the version if applicable. There is a button at the bottom of
the card to select that item.

We are considering removing the bottom grey band and button and making the
entire card clickable to select it.

* Does that design change still fit with the pattern?

* Does making the entire card clickable detract from the version dropdown?
Either that a user might not see it if they are clicking by the top of the
card or that the user might accidentally click the card when they are
aiming for the dropdown?

Thank you!
Allie
