[Patternfly] No release for sprint 24

Hello all,

The team was busy during sprint 24 with the PatternFly face-to-face meeting
and also some attending the Angular Summit conference.  As such we've opted
to forgo the release for sprint 24.

Look forward to the sprint 25 release scheduled for next week!
