[Patternfly] animation, opening dialogs

Hello all,

Is there guidance on when to use animation, and how much to use (if any)?
Specifically, I'm wondering about popups/modals/wizards. Should they
abruptly appear, fade in, drop down, etc.? But I guess animation in general
too.

I checked on patternfly.org to see if it was evident what we should do for
a wizard.

For modals, there's a fade in and drop down effect.

For wizards, there appears to be no animation. Just an instant opening.

Since those are different, and I couldn't find anything else on the site by
searching for "animation", here I am :)
