[Patternfly] animation, opening dialogs

It's a to-do to create a style guide for animation.

Regarding your specific example, I would have expected that wizard to adopt
the default bootstrap modal animation (since that is what we are
leveraging).

Kyle / Andres: can you weigh in on this one? Is this a bug on the wizard?
