[Patternfly] [Patternfly-angular] 'Copy to clipboard' component

The usual use case would be copying some text visible on the page (either
in a text box or not) and pasting it somewhere else, usually in another
app. Some examples: an URL, a console command, a snippet of code, etc. From
an UI point of view, it's just a button.
This library looks good: https://sachinchoolur.github.io/ngclipboard/
