[Patternfly] Landing Page Content View Contribution

Jenny,

Looks great!  For iPaaS we plan to use an empty state pattern with some
additional content below that we can pre-fill [1] on the dashboard when the
user first comes to it.  In future versions we also plan to add a
first-time-use walkthrough [2].
