Note, the "search" box is under "Filter".

When filing for non-bug features, I believe the convention is to begin the
issue Title with "RFE: ",
e.g. "RFE: EST Enrollment protocol support".  In the comment area, try to
supply as much reasons as you could to support your feature request.
