[Platformone] Deprovisioning UP-Prod Environment

I hope everyone had a safe and happy new year!

As requested, I will be cleaning up the up-prod environment by removing the
dev accounts and deleting namespaces. Please let me know ASAP if there are
any issues or concerns, as I will being the process at approximately 2 PM
CT.
