And I can't speak for patch email for the Publican repo, since it's
SVN.  I'd assume 'svn diff -u | mail -s "Description of fix"' would be
OK.  Git makes this dead-simple, but it's up to the maintainers for a
project to tell you what they prefer, otherwise.
