Sadly, I think I've broken it already. I built from source and then did 
a test create of a book:

This upsets me quite a lot. I love Publican, and I've been using 3.2.1 
for a while now, built from source, on my Linux Mint 15 set up. 
Something broke Publican in a recent Mint update, so I was overjoyed to 
read that Publican 4 was out now.

Ah well, I'll have a better play with it after Christmas, I have cider 
to drink! (Hi Jeff!)
