[publican-list] Building Publican from source

Hi list,

  I am trying to build Publican from the source on my F18 laptop and I got 
  this problem.

  When I type:
    $ perl ./Build.PL

  I get this:
    Checking Prerequisites...
        requires:
        ! XML::TreeBuilder (0) is installed, but we need version >= 4
        build_requires:
        ! XML::TreeBuilder (0) is installed, but we need version >= 4

  Therefore, I've already installed the perl-XML-TreeBuilder package from yum!

  => perl-XML-TreeBuilder-4.0-8.fc18.noarch

  Any Help would be appreciated ! :-)
