[publican-list] el6 publican (v2.1) broken with latest libxml2 (2.7.6-14)

Reverting these packages also resolved my issue.  Kay, have you 
filed that bug?  It looks like we've got an issue with the 
RHSA-2014:0513 update to RHEL 6.
