[Pulp-dev] Ansible Plugin Idea

I went ahead and wrote the basic 4 stories that @daviddavis and I talked
about. I tagged them in a milestone for Ansible called '0.1 Release' which
can be seen on the roadmap section [2]. The roadmap section looks kind of
cool. These tickets are linearly dependant in terms of blocking order. We
can talk together at sprint planning about the relative priority of this
work versus beta work.
