[Pulp-dev] pulp-certguard Roadmap

I did some planning and story writing for the 0.1 Release of
pulp-certguard. It includes the already existing x.509 cert guard, adding
path checking to it, and the not-yet-developed RHSM based cert guard
details.

I hope to implement these stories over the next few weeks and collaborate
with QE on the functional tests. Over the rest of the 0.1 development time
it should stay compatible with pulpcore at all times and have its tests run
on pulpcore with each merge (as they already do).

Feedback on these stories or on your usage/desires for pulp-certguard 0.1
Release is welcome.
