[Pulp-dev] Pulp3 performance results

Hello Team,

The perf & scale team has come up with performance results of pulp3 based
upon some test cases. I would like to share with all of you.

*How we tested* - Installed the pulp3 on one CentOS (7.5)  system and
tested using these scripts
