[Pulp-dev] [breaking] resource-manager slight naming adjustment

The resource manager now requires the worker to be launched with the `-n
resource-manager` name. Previously it accepted `-n resource-manager*`. This
makes Pulp more HA because now resource managers can be started safely.

You can edit the systemd file on an existing system, which lives at:
/lib/systemd/system/pulpcore-resource-manager.service

The change has been applied to the installer [0], pulpcore [1], and soon to
pulplift [2]. Please send any questions or concerns.
