[Pulp-dev] Removing `spawned_tasks` and `parent` fields from Task Status API?

Very early on in Pulp3 we made the Task API have this "tasks can dispatch
tasks" machinery. Is anyone spawning tasks from inside tasks currently?

I wrote up https://pulp.plan.io/issues/5710 to remove it before 3.0 GA.
