Pulp Community Release 12 is available.

Builds:

Notes:

* Run 'pulp-migrate' to upgrade to latest DB.

* Repo Discovery feature[2] added which includes new apis to schedule repo discovery and 
check discovery status.  Also, added pulp-admin repo discovery CLI commands.

* Feed urls for managing repo has been updated to be a plain url string instead of 
'type:url' format.

* Legacy RHN support dropped from pulp.

* Added support for Text only Errata.

* Add support for orphaned errata.

* Enhancement to errata delete to check for references before allowing a delete.
   The remove_errata command orphans the errata.

* Package details[4] enhanced.

* ~30 Bugs resolved listed here: 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?target_release=Sprint%2023&query_format=advanced&product=Pulp&classification=Other

* Standardized date/time input and output to ISO8601 format[5].  This include sync schedules.

* Server/Agent communications secured by Shared Secret[3] authorization.
